Hi, I’m Christine

I specialize in supporting women experiencing the complex and often misunderstood journeys of perimenopause, menopause, and trauma recovery. As a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist with 30+ years of experience, I am here to support you.

My passion has always been to provide mental health support for women as they manage the challenges that life brings. I know firsthand how disorienting these transitions can be, whether you are navigating sleep issues, mood shifts, or old wounds resurfacing. That lived experience deepened my clinical focus and shaped the compassionate, grounded approach I bring to my practice.

In my work, I help women make sense of the emotional, physical, and relational challenges that often surface during midlife. Whether you’re carrying unresolved trauma, feeling confused by hormonal changes, or struggling with anxiety, grief, rage, or numbness—I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and deeply validating. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect you with your inner wisdom, and gently build new ways of being that feel authentic, empowered, and sustainable. My commitment is to create a warm, safe, and comforting space for my clients.

A bit more about me: when I’m not reading, you will find me out walking, going on adventures with my husband, at home trying new recipes, or learning to play drums. I am the proud mother of two young adult sons.

If you’re ready to feel less alone and more understood, I’d be honoured to support you. Please reach out today to learn more.
