Hi, I’m Zainab
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over 7 years’ of experience and I’m also a mom who understands firsthand how overwhelming pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can be. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting expectant and new parents with compassion, care, and cultural sensitivity.
I can support you with compassion and care no matter where you are in your perinatal journey — whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating loss, pregnant, or finding your footing in the postpartum period. Additionally, I help clients navigate anxiety, OCD, and ADHD — whether within the journey of parenthood or in other areas of life.
I also work extensively with young and emerging adults to unpack emotional patterns, build healthy coping strategies, and feel more grounded in daily life.
Like many of my clients, I had to learn how to prioritize my own well-being—and that shift changed everything. Now, I help others do the same.
Therapy with me is collaborative and non-judgmental. I believe the relationship you build with your therapist is one of the most important parts of healing, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
I offer therapy in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, insight, and cultural understanding, I’d love to connect. Book a free consultation call and let’s see if we’re the right fit.
