Hi, I’m Zainab
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over 7 years’ of experience—and I’m also a mom who understands firsthand how overwhelming pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can be. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting expectant and new parents with compassion, care, and cultural sensitivity.
Whether you're navigating the highs and lows of the perinatal period or managing anxiety, OCD, or ADHD in or outside of parenthood, I’m here to help. I also work extensively with young and emerging adults to unpack emotional patterns, build healthy coping strategies, and feel more grounded in daily life.
Like many of my clients, I had to learn how to prioritize my own well-being—and that shift changed everything. Now, I help others do the same.
Therapy with me is collaborative and non-judgmental. I believe the relationship you build with your therapist is one of the most important parts of healing, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
I offer therapy in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, insight, and cultural understanding, I’d love to connect. Book a free consultation call and let’s see if we’re the right fit.
