Hi, I’m Zainab
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over eight years’ of experience and I’m also a mom who understands how demanding life transitions can be. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a trauma-informed approach that recognizes how past experiences can shape how we think, feel, and cope today.
I support clients through a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, stress, identity questions, and major life changes. While I do work with individuals navigating fertility, pregnancy, loss, and postpartum experiences, I also support people outside of the perinatal stage who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
I work extensively with young and emerging adults who want to better understand their emotional patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and feel more grounded and confident in daily life.
Like many of my clients, I had to learn how to prioritize my own well-being—and that shift changed everything. This experience informs my work and allows me to help others create more sustainable, balanced ways of caring for themselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard.
I offer therapy in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, insight, and cultural understanding, I’d love to connect. Book a free consultation call and let’s see if we’re the right fit.
