Hi, I’m Brittany

I specialize in working with children, youth, adults, couples, and caregivers supporting them through a range of emotional and relational challenges. I recognize that asking for help can be difficult at times so I am committed to ensuring that the therapeutic space is comfortable and supportive.

I have worked extensively with people who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma and stress. I am aware that sometimes life’s challenges can feel overwhelming and my goal is to support you in exploring what might be getting in your way, and ensuring that you feel heard and understood. I have experience with a number of different therapeutic modalities and recognize the importance of tailoring therapy to individual needs. I will work hard to empower you to see that you are capable of growth and meeting your goals, providing a safe space to explore what is really going on. I offer secure video sessions from the comfort of your home Ontario-wide.

I'm a therapist who's all about finding balance and enjoying life. When I'm not assisting my clients, you can catch me spending quality time with my daughter and my family. We love to explore the outdoors together, whether it's hiking in the forest, checking out a new beach or simply taking a leisurely walk in the park.

I'm also a big fan of winding down with a good book in hand, getting lost in the pages of a captivating story, when I need a break from the written word, you can find me checking out a local thrift store, learning how to paddle board,  listening to music or tuning into a podcast.

Life can get busy, but it's these simple pleasures that keep me grounded and recharged.

*Brittany is not accepting new clients until January 202*
