Hi, I’m Nav
I help women feel supported, confident, and resilient as they navigate ADHD, burnout, anxiety, and the unique challenges of pregnancy, early parenthood, and trauma recovery. Life can feel overwhelming when you’re juggling responsibilities, managing big emotions, or trying to keep up with endless expectations. I provide a safe, compassionate space where your experiences are understood, validated, and prioritized—so you can start feeling more in control, grounded, and energized. I am especially committed to supporting women of colour and honouring the ways culture shapes your experiences and healing journey.
My approach blends psychodynamic and attachment-focused therapy with tools from somatic and polyvagal therapy, CBT, and DBT. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, tune into what your body is communicating, and create strategies that support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband, our son, and our “cat-like” dog. I recharge through reading, baking with my son, gardening, hiking, and simply allowing myself to pause and breathe.
If you’re wondering whether working together might be a good fit, I invite you to book a free consultation by clicking “let’s work together” below. It’s a low-pressure opportunity to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if my approach feels right for you. Taking that first step could be the start of feeling more focused, balanced, and resilient in your everyday life.
