Hi, I’m Natasha
I support parents who are navigating challenges with their children, as well as individuals struggling with their own mental health, overwhelm, and burnout. I also work directly with children and teens, helping them understand their emotions, build coping skills, and feel more secure in themselves and in their relationships.
Throughout my career as a social worker, I’ve always been drawn to working with children and parents. Becoming a mother myself has deepened this passion — I understand firsthand how exhausting, confusing, and isolating parenting can feel at times.
My goal in therapy is to help you get “unstuck,” reconnect with your strengths, and build the capacity to meet life’s stressors in new ways. Sometimes that looks like exploring unresolved trauma or childhood experiences; other times it’s understanding your child’s needs, supporting a teen through a tough season, or finding steadier footing in the day-to-day realities of parenting. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to do it alone.
I work from a blend of somatic and attachment-based approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, Circle of Security, CBT, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I tailor every session to meet you exactly where you are. I have experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief and loss, behavioural concerns, and child-related challenges. I have a special interest in supporting moms with OCD — whether you’re experiencing intrusive thoughts, fears about your child’s safety, or the pressure to “get everything right,” you deserve compassionate, evidence-informed care.
My sessions are grounded in safety, connection, humour, and authenticity — because healing works best when you can show up as your full self.
Outside of my role as a therapist, I’m a proud homebody. You can usually find me relaxing with my partner, our daughter, and our yellow lab, Buffy. I love reading, hiking, cooking, and settling into a good movie.
If you’re curious about working together, please reach out. I’d be happy to talk about what you’re looking for and help you determine whether I’m the right fit. I look forward to walking alongside you on this part of your journey.
