Hi, I’m Natasha

I support parents who are navigating challenges with their children, as well as individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, overwhelm, burnout, and other mental health concerns. I also work directly with children and teens, helping them understand their emotions, manage worries and fears, build coping skills, and feel more confident and secure in themselves and their relationships.

Throughout my career as a social worker, I’ve always been drawn to working with children and parents. Becoming a mother myself has deepened this passion — I understand firsthand how exhausting, confusing, and isolating parenting can feel at times.

My goal in therapy is to help you get “unstuck,” reconnect with your strengths, and build the capacity to meet life’s stressors in new ways. Sometimes that looks like exploring unresolved trauma or childhood experiences. Other times it’s helping a child navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, or OCD; supporting a teen through a difficult season; or helping parents better understand and respond to their child’s needs. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to do it alone.

I have a particular interest in working with OCD across the lifespan, supporting both children and adults who feel trapped by intrusive thoughts, compulsions, excessive worry, perfectionism, reassurance-seeking, or fears that interfere with daily life. I understand how overwhelming OCD can feel and how easily it can impact relationships, parenting, school, work, and overall well-being. My approach focuses on helping clients develop a different relationship with uncertainty, reduce the hold that OCD has on their lives, and move toward what matters most to them.

I also have a special interest in supporting moms with OCD — whether you're experiencing intrusive thoughts, fears about your child’s safety, or the pressure to "get everything right," you deserve compassionate, evidence-informed care.

I work from a blend of somatic and attachment-based approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, Circle of Security, CBT, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I tailor every session to meet you exactly where you are. My sessions are grounded in safety, connection, humour, and authenticity — because healing works best when you can show up as your full self.

Outside of my role as a therapist, I’m a proud homebody. You can usually find me relaxing with my partner, our daughter, and our yellow lab, Buffy. I love reading, hiking, cooking, and settling into a good movie.

If you’re curious about working together, please reach out. I’d be happy to talk about what you’re looking for and help you determine whether I’m the right fit. I look forward to walking alongside you on this part of your journey.
