Hi, I’m Nicole

I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW, MSW) specializing in supporting women and couples through some of life’s most challenging and transformative experiences. My areas of focus include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, infertility, perinatal mental health concerns, and pregnancy or infant loss. I also have a special interest in working with couples who are navigating the unique challenges of parenting, helping them reconnect, communicate more effectively, and feel supported as they grow their family together.

I’m passionate about being there for women and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship stress, or the complexities of starting or growing a family—whether it’s navigating fertility, pregnancy, or the early stages of parenthood. I understand firsthand how overwhelming these periods can be, having personally experienced infertility and pregnancy loss. The support I received from therapists and healthcare providers who had been through similar experiences made a profound difference in my own healing, and now I’m committed to offering that same understanding and validation to my clients.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me at home with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. I love music, cooking, baking, and, whenever I can, curling up with a good book.

If you’re looking for a therapist who combines empathy, experience, and a genuine commitment to helping you and your family thrive, I would love to connect. Reach out today so we can discuss your needs and explore whether we’re the right fit.
