Hi, I’m Emily

I specialize in supporting women and couples through the uncertainty and challenges of infertility, pregnancy and parenthood. If you are experiencing anxiety, grief, or overwhelm I can support you to navigate these experiences.

My own lived experience with infertility and pregnancy loss deeply informs my practice, allowing me to approach each individual with empathy, understanding, and a recognition of the profound impact these experiences have on mental health. Whether you are facing fertility challenges, pregnancy-related anxiety, postpartum depression, or the difficult path of healing after loss, I offer a safe space to process, heal, and rediscover your strength.

I also specialize in supporting parents of neurodivergent children. I work alongside you to equip, empower and support you to feel more connected.

My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique journey. You deserve support that honors your experience and helps you find balance and hope. Whenever you're ready, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time in nature with my daughters, husband, and goldendoodle. I love baking anything sweet, cycling, and try to read a book when I have time!
