Hi, I’m Nav
I support women through the perinatal journey and individuals navigating trauma recovery. As a mother and a woman of colour, I understand how overwhelming pregnancy, parenthood, and carrying generations of unfinished healing can feel. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and meaningful healing.
I work with clients through the unique challenges of pregnancy, birth, early parenthood, intergenerational trauma, gender-based violence, relationship conflict, burnout, and grief. I also support individuals managing ADHD, anxiety, and major life transitions.
My approach blends psychodynamic and attachment-focused therapy with tools from somatic and polyvagal therapy, CBT, and DBT. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, listen to what your body is communicating, and develop strategies to support your wellbeing.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband, our son, and our “cat-like” dog. I recharge through reading, baking with my son, gardening, hiking, or simply allowing myself to pause and breathe.
If you’re wondering whether working together might be a good fit, I invite you to book a free consultation. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if my approach feels right for you.
