Hi, I’m Steph
If your relationship feels stuck in the same arguments, distant, or not the way it used to be, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I specialize in working with couples who feel caught in patterns of conflict, miscommunication, or disconnection. Together, we get to the root of what’s happening and help you rebuild clarity, emotional safety, and connection, whether that means improving communication, navigating intimacy, or finding your way back to each other. I welcome couples of all backgrounds and identities, including those in the LGBTQ2S+ community.
I also support adults and older teens experiencing burnout, overwhelm, or disconnection from themselves, with a particular focus on parents, especially during pregnancy and postpartum as well as body image and self-esteem.
Before becoming a social worker, I spent 15 years working with children and families, which continues to shape how I support clients today. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you, drawing from EFT, the Gottman Method, and trauma-informed, mindfulness-based practices.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m often with my husband, our two boys, and our very energetic poodle, usually outdoors hiking, camping, or paddle boarding, or at home with a board game or a good show.
If you’re ready to feel more connected - to your partner, yourself, or both, I’d be happy to connect. Reach out today so we can discuss your needs and explore whether we’re the right fit.
