Hi, I’m Emily

I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, the transition to motherhood, and parental burnout. I also work with children (ages 4 and up) and teens who are struggling with anxiety, big emotions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

As a mom of three young daughters myself, I understand the realities of trying to care for everyone else while wondering where you went in the process. Whether you're adjusting to pregnancy, navigating the postpartum period, feeling burnt out by the demands of parenting, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, breathe, and feel supported. My goal is to help you feel more confident, more grounded, and more like yourself again. As Taylor Swift so perfectly puts it, "I'd like to be my old self again, but I'm still trying to find it." If that resonates with you, you're not alone.

I also love working with children and teens. I help young people understand their emotions, manage anxiety, build healthy coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and navigate friendships and family relationships. My approach is warm, engaging, and tailored to each child's unique personality and developmental stage, helping them feel safe, understood, and empowered.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll usually find me at home with my husband and our three daughters. I love curling up with a good book, watching reality TV, listening to Taylor Swift, enjoying a cup of tea, going for walks, and practicing yoga.

If you're looking for a therapist who offers compassion, practical support, and a space where you can truly be yourself, I'd love to connect with you. I invite you to book a free 20-minute consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for and see if we're a good fit.
